White Chocolate Brownie
~ Mix in a Jar ~
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup cocoa
2 1/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed above
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ White Chocolate Brownies ~
1 jar brownie mix
3/4 cup butter, softened
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350F
Place contents of jar in a large mixing bowl,
stirring to combine evenly. Add butter and
eggs mix until completely blended. Spread
brownie mixture into a lightly greased
9- x 9-inch pan. Bake for 35 minutes or
until brownies begin to pull away from
the sides of the pan
