Chicken Soup with Bow Noodles
~ Mix in a Jar ~
3 1/2 cup bow noodles
1/4 cup mushrooms, dried & chopped
2 tbsp minced onion, dried
3 tbsp chicken bouillon granules, instant
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp thyme
6 -7 whole cloves
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed above
Package spices in a baggie. Place noodles in the jar
with the spice baggie on top of noodles
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

~ Chicken Soup with Bow Noodles ~
1 jar soup mix
8 cups water
small onion
Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add contents of
jar EXCEPT whole cloves. Push whole cloves into a
small onion and drop into soup. Simmer until noodles
are done approx 8-12 minutes
