Cheesy Potato Soup
~ Mix in a Jar ~
2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup bacon bits
2--1.5oz packages Knorr Four Cheese Sauce Mix
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt free-seasoning blend
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cup Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
Layer in wide-mouth 1-quart canning jar in order listed above
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar labels to the jar with the following instructions

1 jar soup mix
8 cups boiling water
2--5oz canned ham *optional*
Place the soup mix in a large soup pot
