~ Cajun Spice Mix in a Jar ~
3/4 cup salt
1/4 cup ground cayenne pepper
2 tbsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp garlic powder
Layer in wide-mouth 1-pint canning jar to create a "sand art" look
The salt and cayenne may be divided into smaller portions
and used to separate other spices
Put the lid on the jar and tie a homespun fabric bow around the lid
As an added touch, tie a wooden spoon to the lid
Attach jar label
