1. What program do you use to create your graphics?
I use Paint Shop Pro to draw all my graphics.
2. Do you use just a mouse or also the pen tablet?
I use only a mouse to create all my graphics.
3. How do I redeem your "Special Offer" when I make a purchase?
Once your purchase is confirmed I will send you an email
advising you how to redeem my special graphic offer.
DO NOT make a selection at the time of your purchase....
you will be charged for the collection.
4. I made a selection for your "Special Offer" and I have not received it yet?
My special offers are sent out several times each month.

5. I just downloaded a collection I have purchased from you
and cannot open it up. What am I doing wrong?
You will need a program to unzip the files. I use and recommend
Winzip. There is a free trial version downloadable as well
as a registered version for purchase.
6. Can I use your Graphics on my Mac Computer?
Yes, my Graphics work well on Mac computers.
7. May I use your graphics in my email?
No, you may not use my graphics in your email program.
This is a violation of my copyright.
8. May I share your graphics with my newsgroup,
egroup, yahoogroup or other groups?
No, you may not share my graphics with your newsgroup,
egroup, yahoogroup or other groups.
This is a violation of my copyright.
You may not redistribute my graphics in any manner on or off line!
9. I purchased your graphic collection(s)
and now my computer has crashed.
Can you resend the collection(s) to me?
Although I understand how frustrating this can be
YOU must back up the collection(s) you purchase to floppy/CD.
It is time consuming for me to replace the collections you have lost,
once purchased.
If you were to purchase a coat from a retailer and lost it
you would not expect the retailer to replace that coat!
The answer is NO...I will not replace the collection(s) you have lost.
10. I want to use your graphics for items/products I sell.
Can I buy your graphic collections and use them?
You may use my graphics/artwork/printables/designs
for the items/products you sell
provided you purchase my Limited Use Agreement
and comply by the terms of that agreement.
